Endurance
I offer 1-on-1 individualized coaching for endurance athletes. Whether you want to Boston Qualify or finish your first race of any distance, I’m here to meet you where you are and take you to the level you desire.
You do not have to train for a race to have a coach. Working on return-to-sport, base training and a variety of training blocks is extremely valuable.

How it Works
All athletes receive a functional movement screen to access mobility, strength, and power. Runners will receive a specific runner’s readiness assessment along with a gait analysis.
Athletes will be reassessed during monthly calls to note progress, change warmups and restructure training.
Functional Screening
Every 4-6 weeks we will have a call to go over the previous and future training blocks. We’ll have fun discussing goals, planning race schedules, and turning movement assessments into a small workout.
Monthly Calls
All workouts are loaded onto the RunDNA app, emailed to you daily, and synced to your running watch. With the RunDNA app, we can manage weekly training loads (endurance workouts and strength) to reduce the chance of injury and find your sweet spot for overreaching, building, or maintaining.
Athletes leave comments on the app to note how their workout went or if they need a workout moved. Communication between coaches and athletes is unlimited through the app or via phone.
Training Block Management
The human body and life are complex. Considering all the variables for performance is necessary which is why we always look at performance from a holistic view.
