I’m excited that you’re making the bold decision to seek out a coach. Your story, goals, and background are unique and so should your training. Before Bold Summit Coaching I was very persistent about going to DPT (Doctorate of Physical Therapy) school. Amid applications, I kept thinking about the adult athletes who have big dreams but struggle knowing how to get there. Injuries keep popping up, standard plans are too time-consuming and not knowing how strength training fits into endurance training is hard. The good news is, it doesn’t have to be this way and that’s exactly why Bold Summit Coaching was started. We provide individualized coaching to reduce your chance of injury, set big goals, smash your next PR, and/or return to sport from injury or postpartum.
I’m excited to bring 5+ years of coaching experience to the table. My career began at TCU (Texas Christian University) where I received my Bachelor of Science in Movement Science. I was a collegiate rower and interned as a Strength and Conditioning coach with TCU for two years. After college, I worked at a private athletic facility in WI as a strength coach helping people gain strength back after injuries, reach peak performance, and lose body fat. I had arrangements to coach overseas, but COVID ruined my plans like everyone else’s. Ever since I’ve coached endurance athletes privately, now finally in a position to turn my coaching into a full-time business.
